Linha Mestra’s website is a great example of form and function combining for a great site. The site is for a company that makes educational materials, and has many corporate clients. So, the website needed to maintain a certain corporate feel, both for the identity of the company, and to make the user feel comfortable that this is a serious company in its field. But, education isn’t about being corporate, it’s bright and vibrant and fun. That’s why I chose a vibrant palette and used a more informal style over most of the page, combining corporate feel with colorful fun.
